Online Meter Reading
Priority will provide a meter reading only service for the Property Management. This service includes the following:
- Daily downloading of meter data
- Monitoring to indicate potential meter problems
- Data authentication for all information received by our system
- One online account for Property Management to access meter readings and graphing online
Invoice Production and Delivery
Priority will provide a bill only service to the entire complex for their customers. This service includes all items contained in the Online Meter Reading solution plus:
- Calculation of individual suite invoices based on meter consumption
- Online access for customers
Choose from one of the convenient three options for your customers to receive their bills:
- Bulk mail all invoices to Property Management for distribution
- Provide online access for Property Management to print invoices online
- Mailing of individual invoices directly to customers
Invoice Production, Delivery and Collection
Priority will provide a bill and collect service to the entire complex for their customers. This service includes all items contained in the Invoice Production and Delivery solution plus:
- Mailing of individual invoices directly to customers
- Collection of funds from customers by Priority
- Priority will send Property Management two remittance checks per month
